• Sign up for our delivery service by choosing which box you would like as your weekly subscription box, which day you would like to pick-up at the farm or the central drop-off locations and you’re good to go. 
• If you do nothing, you will automatically receive your Weekly Subscription Box delivered to your desired location each week. 
• If you would like to choose something different than your Weekly Box or choose to skip that week (or manage skips for future weeks), no problem! Just log onto the site, select “manage my account” and make the necessary changes. Our order period is closed Saturday at midnight (12:01 am) so we can harvest Sunday and be ready for Monday (and Thursday).
• You may also choose to order 1 oz. clamshells of individual microgreens for $6 each. If you want to add additional ounces to a subscription box order, the cost of 1 oz. drops to $5 per ounce.

Please note, for orders under $20, there is a $5 delivery fee

Your membership/subscription box is not a contract and you can cancel at any time. If you would like to cancel your membership, email us at MamaBsOrder@gmail.com

• Yes. And you have the option to choose your frequency of pick-up/drop-off of microgreens to the central designated location. If you don’t skip or change the Box, your weekly box will be automatically ordered for you. 
• You’ll receive an email confirmation in both cases, along with details about your order.

Any changes to your weekly order must be made by Saturday night at midnight/12:00 pm. Once that deadline hits we are unable to make any changes to your order. Our farmers plan their harvest according to the count Saturday night, so it’s important.

We deliver to drop off locations on (Micro) Mondays and (Tasty) Thursdays each week. When you place an order, you choose the day of pick-up.  We reserve the right to change your drop-off location at any time with seven days notice. Notice will be given via email.

Open for pick-up:

• Monday & Thursday:  11am - 3pm
• Tuesday:  10am - 3pm
• Wednesday:  8am - 3pm

If the temperature is expected to be above 70 degrees, please designate a shady area for your box in the delivery instructions section when you enroll. 

PLEASE put ice packs in the cooler. The cooler becomes an “oven” in the heat if you don’t and it is not good for keeping microgreens fresh! Please leave any empty clamshells in the cooler for pickup upon delivery.

Please keep in mind that we can’t guarantee the quality of the product if you do not leave out a cooler with an ice pack inside. 

Safety comes first for our drivers. If the weather is questionable (during our colder months or the hurricane season), we will evaluate and contact you via email with updates.

If you are not receiving our emails please call us right away.

We are not responsible for spam filters or another system/internet issue that prevent your inbox from receiving any reminder or menu emails. Contact your ISP provider to resolve those issues.

We guarantee the quality of our microgreens and ONLY if you leave a cooler with an ice pack as instructed for deliveries.

If you have a quality concern, please let us know as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to get you a replacement ASAP. If we cannot replace the product, we will credit your account for the item to use on your next delivery/order.

PLEASE KEEP your clamshells! Unfortunately, microgreens stay fresh longest in plastic clamshells so, in order to co-exist with Mother Nature and not leave a large carbon footprint, rinse em out, and at your next delivery, we will collect them.

PLEASE RECYCLE if you forget to return your clamshells!
